Our culture
Behind every Mahsoulak jerrycan is a young team of researchers, agronomists, factory and sales people from P-Vita and Mahsoulak. We work across the lab, the field and the factory, and we always make time to meet outside work.
How we work
P-Vita's researchers in the lab, our agronomists with farmers in the villages, and the factory team in Fayoum. Every idea is tested on real land before it reaches the jerrycan.
Women and men in our field and production teams work under formal contracts on equal terms, with zero child labour in any of our activities or partner sites.
A young company building something new in Egyptian farming. Everyone learns from each other, and we celebrate what we achieve together, at work and beyond it.
